Sweet and Sour Baked

Chicken


4 whole chicken breasts split in half

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 (9 ounce) jar Apricot preserves
Salt and Pepper for taste
1 (8 ounce) Bottle Russian Dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken. line a 9x13" baking dish with foil. Place chicken in dish. Combine soup mix, dressing and preserves in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes to make it crusty. Can be served over rice.
